We offer a 15 minute “hello” introductory meeting with our potential clients for free.

These meetings are typically managed over Zoom.  By using Zoom early on it helps to assure that there will be fewer technical issues when therapy moves forward.
Even more importantly, these meetings are an opportunity to each ask questions, collect information, and to get a bit of a feel for who we’re going to be working with.  Having a good fit between a client and a therapist can really help the relationship to start strong.

Getting in Touch

We maintain a very quiet office.  For the benefit of clients and staff we have a policy of silent phones with no ringtones.  During busy times our phone may not be immediately answered.  Voicemail will be retrieved and responded to as efficiently as possible.

Commercial client services

(Business and Government Institutions, including the insurance industry.)

HOURLY RATE: $135

Private client services

With our transition to Zoom we can offer services with a 44% rate reduction!

HOURLY RATE: $75

Frontline Workers

We have limited designated free spots. $0 if space is available.

HOURLY RATE: $0

Our sessions typically run for the full hour scheduled, and the fees cover counseller documentation work (counselling records) concluded outside of the session hours so long as they pertain to the specific session.

Commercial/Insurance companies requiring written reports will be charged at the commercial hourly rate for any requested documentation or reports.

Please note that couselling records will remain fully confidential between the counseller and the client even in instances where an outside organization is arranging for treatment or support. Any reports written will not breach the session confidentiality without the permission of the client (with the possible exception of client attendance of sessions) . Clients will be invited to participate in the development of any report issued in regards to their treatment status or observations.
